Sports Metronome was designed to help with various interval trainings. It plays the selected sound during a time period
Sports Metronome plays a sound sample after every defined pause (step) during the whole desired time period (time). Minimum step size is 250 milliseconds.
So in order to make a sound after every 1 second during 10 second period you set step to 1000 milliseconds and time to 10000 milliseconds.
You can chain up to 5 different sequences in Sports Metronome.
